Become a CCACT Affiliate Partner
CCACT’s Affiliate Partner Program allows healthcare professionals, students, graduates, educators, community connectors, businesses, and organizations to earn referral income while helping learners discover practical online continuing-education courses. Approved partners receive a personalized affiliate link that they can share through social media, professional networks, community groups, websites, or other approved channels. CCACT develops and delivers the courses, manages enrolment and student support, and pays commission on eligible enrolments referred through the partner’s link.

Who Is This Program For?
This program is open to individuals and organizations with connections to healthcare professionals, students, caregivers, or people exploring healthcare careers. You do not need to own a company or have formal sales experience.
• Nurses, practical nurses, PSWs, caregivers, and other healthcare workers
• Healthcare students, graduates, and internationally educated healthcare professionals
• Educators, mentors, community leaders, and professional-network organizers
• Individuals with a healthcare-focused social-media audience or online community
• Nursing agencies, colleges, training providers, healthcare employers, and community organizations
How the Affiliate Program Works
Approved partners receive a personalized CCACT affiliate referral link. Share your link through your professional network, social-media pages, online communities, or other approved channels.
When someone uses your link and completes an eligible course enrolment, the referral is tracked to your affiliate account.
• CCACT develops and delivers the courses.
• You introduce prospective students to CCACT and share your personalized link.
• CCACT manages enrolment, online course delivery, and student support.
• You earn the applicable commission on eligible referred enrolments after reconciliation.
Commission Opportunity
Your commission rate may increase as the number of eligible students you refer grows.
1–24 annual referrals: Registered Affiliate — 25%
25–49 annual referrals: Silver Affiliate — 30%
50–99 annual referrals: Gold Affiliate — 35%
100–199 annual referrals: Platinum Affiliate — 40%
200 or more annual referrals: Premier/Strategic Affiliate — Up to 45%
Enhanced and Premier commission rates are subject to approval, referral quality, compliance, performance, and the CCACT Affiliate Agreement.
Reporting and Payment
Reporting and Payment
Affiliate activity is normally reviewed monthly. Eligible commissions are calculated after tuition payments, refunds, cancellations, charge backs, referral attribution, and other necessary adjustments have been assessed.
Subject to reconciliation, eligible commissions for the previous month are normally paid on or about the 15th of the following month. Approved affiliates will receive secure instructions for providing their payment information.
Your Responsibilities as an Affiliate
CCACT affiliates must represent our organization and courses accurately, professionally, and responsibly.
• Use current, CCACT-approved course information.
• Describe our courses as online continuing education and professional development.
• Never guarantee employment, immigration, licensing, registration, examination success, or professional recognition.
• Use your personalized referral link when directing prospective students to CCACT.
• Follow applicable employer, school, professional, privacy, and advertising requirements.
• Never use confidential patient, student, employee, client, or workplace information.
• Do not imply that an employer, school, healthcare organization, or professional regulator endorses CCACT without written authorization.
Application and Approval
Affiliate applications are normally reviewed within approximately three business days. Submitting an application does not guarantee approval.
CCACT may request additional information and may approve or decline an application based on professional suitability, proposed promotional activities, marketing standards, and alignment with the Affiliate Partner Program.
Approved applicants will receive on-boarding information and a personalized affiliate referral link.
Optional Affiliate Partner Directory
Approved affiliates may choose to have their professional name and appropriate public contact information listed in the CCACT Affiliate Partner Directory. This optional benefit can increase your visibility among CCACT students, healthcare professionals, and website visitors. You may participate in the Affiliate Program without being listed publicly.
Professional and Workplace Boundaries
Being employed by a hospital, clinic, long-term-care home, healthcare agency, school, college, or other organization does not mean that the organization is affiliated with or endorses CCACT.
Affiliate partners are responsible for following all employer, school, and professional requirements concerning outside activities, solicitation, social media, conflicts of interest, and the use of organizational names, logos, email systems, or premises.
Affiliates must never use confidential patient, client, student, employee, or workplace information when promoting CCACT. They must also not state or imply that an employer, educational institution, professional association, or regulatory body endorses CCACT unless written authorization has been obtained.
