I’m Jean Robles, Co-Founder and International Executive Director of CCACT and a licensed Canadian immigration consultant (RCIC). For more than 15 years, I have supported international students and other clients as they explore opportunities to study, work, and build their futures in Canada.

My experience in healthcare education and private career-college leadership also gives me a practical understanding of the needs of internationally educated healthcare professionals.

My Experience
Before becoming a licensed Canadian immigration consultant, I spent 25 years as President and Co-Founder of Robetech Institute, a private medical career college in Toronto. I also helped establish and operate educational programs internationally, including colleges in the Philippines.
This background gave me extensive experience supporting students, developing healthcare programs, and helping internationally educated professionals understand Canadian education and career pathways. It also inspired the creation of CCACT, which provides accessible online continuing education for healthcare professionals and lifelong learners.
Today, I bring my education and immigration experience together to help clients make informed decisions about studying in Canada and navigating their immigration options.
